Originally I had planned a long post regarding my ire at the media monster perpetuating a culture of fear amongst the general population but I'm not in the mood for a politically charged rant. Instead, I'll share some excellent music for the day. The following song comes from the band [Sleeping At Last][1]. It appears on their new CD *Keep No Score* which came out late June and finally showed up in the iTunes Music Store. It's called *Tension & Thrill* and is a wonderful song about love. It's not the sad, mopey type that's associated with emo/indie/alternative music in general but rather a song where hope runs inherent in the music and lyrics. It also seems to be a bit more realistic. I love the chorus *Love is tension and thrill that begs to be ours.* >The headlines talk
