I've been busy as hell lately so I haven't been on MOG much at all. I went to the Shellac show last week at the Blackcat in DC and it was absolutely incredible. Steve Albini is a F'ing genious! Nice crowd, the place was packed. I'm looking forward to the new Shellac album whenever it happens to come out 2007(?)

I have given up on my MOM
I have officially given up any hopes of Mog-O-Matic working correctly on my computer and my network drive setup. It is constantly starting over and has yet to record a single track played to my MOG page. I haven't given up on Mog, just MOM for now. I await future updates and maturity in the software. Until that time I'll just occasionally post lists from last.fm

Well, not to get too hopeful but it appears that MOG-O-MATIC is speeding along. We'll see how things go though, because my collection has been fully "mogified" before and it restarted itself. I went to the Liberation Dance Party again last night and saw the video for "Circle Square Triangle" by Test Icicles. They're pretty good. They kinda sound a little like Cursive and Q and Not U. Again, spent most of my time chain-smoking, drinking, and dancing by myself. I swear next time I'm going to get up the nerves to talk to some girls.
