Immigrasons: two worlds come together

Posted over 4 years ago

In my never-ending search for Serrat performances on YouTube, I discovered this phenomenal little band. Immigrasons' members hail from Argentina, Catalonia, and Italy and, in this particular tune, they cover one of the most beautiful of Serrat's countless songs. I was just stunned when I heard it and must have played it like twenty times the first night.

If you want to find out more about Immigrasons, go to their website at http://www.immigrasons.com/ and to http://www.discmedi.com/en/cataleg/cd_s/immigrasons/dm4281 if you want to buy their CD.

Enjoy! If you speak Spanish and want to know what the lyrics are about, go to http://www.jmserrat.com/.

  1. ivylander says These guys sound great. But the video isn't showing up. If you go back and edit your post, typing in something (anything) above the clip, it will appear. This appears to be one of MOG's quirks. How's everything? You coming back soon?

  3. ivylander says Really gorgeous. They remind me of a Spanish-language version of Fairground Attraction.
