Neil Diamond is back!

Neil Diamond has a new album out, Home Before Dark, and it's great to hear the legend at it again. I've only had a chance to listen to the album once or twice so far, but the first track, If I Don't See You Again, is my favorite so far.

It's a great feel-good song, even if it is on the pop, mainstream side (hence the guilty pleasure).Though I've only listened to it a few times so far, I can tell it's going to be in semi-heavy rotation. Seems like a perfect sum...

When what's old still isn't new yet

Thank goodness for being anal-retentive (and having my Palm/Treo at the ready...). Three years ago I caught a little new wave/electro/hip-hop joint that turned out to be J Davey's *No More* on _Chocolate City_ (KCRW, LA). Fast forward to present day: Gilles drops a J Davey white label on Worldwide a few weeks ago. The name rang a bell, so to my list I turned and sure 'nuff, there he was...But damn
