My very dear friends, Golden Ball just put the final master down on their new record yesterday at Fat City Studios in Blue Bell, PA. The new albums is called "The Antique Barking Swirls of Dawn". They're really excited about the new music; this is the first release since the 7" single put out late last year, and their second full length album. I've heard a bunch of the tracks, and it's bonified good listening. Very early Bowie meets T.Rex meets Eno. Keep an eye out for the release later this summer/early fall on Philly's psychedelic freak folk label, Honeymoon Music.
