We're all dancing to the same sad song. And we're not sleeping, but it won't take long.

Purchased tickets for this show two months in advance. It was a long wait and so very worth it. Creature Feature played first and although I wouldn't say they suck they are not a band I would actively follow. http://www.myspace.com/tubring">Tub Ring played next and they were a pleasant surprise. Pretty hardcore stuff and very entertaining.

But I was there for The Birthday Massacre. They didn't make us wait like some bands do. Chibi was spot on and her voice enveloped the entire venue. They were all full of energy and completey in sync with each other. They played my favorites....Unfamilliar, Goodnight, Looking Glass but the second to last song, the encore song was Blue and I almost felt betrayed thinking they wouldn't play it. Aside from the idiotic moshers that pushed and shoved the unwilling but true music fans during one the best songs that was played that night we had such a wonderful time.
