Very good album. He jumps genres (more than usual, which makes it interesting) such as R&B, Hip-Hop, Blues, Beatnik, Alternative and some really mellow stuff. This is my first exposure to the band so I didn’t know what to expect. It is an interesting album that reminds me of Prince and The Rolling Stones a little. Pretty good over all with a couple of standout tracks, “Wolf Like Me†and “A Methodâ€. They have a very rich and epic sound. I’m interested in hearing their previous release.

Pharrell, In My Mind minireview
I’m sad to say I was a little disappointed with his debut. I have liked his production work especially as part of The Neptunes so I was really looking forward to some funky stuff. Nothing was really worth mentioning except the track “Angel†which was catchy.
