Long Awaited Album from Linkin Park!

MINUTES TO MIDNIGHTWhat can I say? I have never seen so many mixed reviews for any artist for this new LP album. While some say that M2M is a horrible album because it doesn't match the sounds of Hybrid and Meteora -- I say, who cares? Why do artists HAVE to do albums that all sound the same?? Why can't they do something different? Obviously, it took them long enough to make and record the album, the least their fans could do is support them, no matter how their sound is now. Unfortunately, it doesn't work out that way. I have loved LP since day one. I love their lyrics, little raps, and melodies. This album is like no other. It's different - we get it and I love it. And in a recent interview, Mike said that Rick Rubin had nothing to do with the new sound, the band collectively said that they wanted to go in a different direction - they had many options, but they chose this one and I don't blame them.
