I don't like it, have a problem listening to it. This may be a problem as I belong to a music site such as this, with many diverse people who may or may not listen to it...so I may be getting myself into trouble by being forthcoming with my hatred for it. But, what should a person do who has a boyfriend that likes it and is his preferred style??? help!!!!

etcvisitor says what kind of country music... are we talking commercial "nashville pop" radio friendly current country or are we talking golden oldies about fire and brimstone, quick ways to either get into heaven or hell.

If pure Country isn't your favorite groove, there's Country Rock, Alt-Country, etc.
