thinking of making a rain mix, inspired by the morning rain on my skin as i walked into work.suggestions???lucy *

  2. Spencer Owen says Kate Bush is really good in the rain (particularly Hounds of Love and The Sensual World, most tracks from those). As are Mum. As are The Sea & Cake, Sam Prekop, Tortoise, and other Thrill Jockey faves.

  8. stopbreathingnow says Ooooh good idea. Of course you need Azure Ray and Mazzy Star in there. I'll think a little about what tracks I think would work best (though all of them would!) Stuff from Hope Sandoval's solo album would be perfect too with all the use of chimes and bells, very much like soft rain falling... Let me know what you end up with!
