    lemontwist says Hey, I ran a half marathon a few weeks ago and posted the mix I ran with. I just go through my iTunes collection and pick whatever's the most up tempo. I usually don't run with music, only every once in awhile as a treat, and that's when I usually test out new running songs to see what's good and what's not.
