MUSIC SIGNPOSTS ON THE WEB'S LONELY ROAD

Artist:
Album:

The Kooks released their latest album, "Konk," on April 11th. It sounds pretty much the same as their previous one, but with a bit more "pop" to it. I don't know what it is, but there is something about British pop that tickles my fancy. Here is the video for their single, "Always Where I Need To Be."

I always thought that Paul Garred (drums) looks strikingly similar to Michael Pitt...

A fan of Michael Pitt, aren't we? Have you seen him in his latest flick, "Funny Games?" -- I must say I quite like him too.

PS: The new Kooks sounds indeed a bit pre-cooked as you've said.

What can I say...I guess I just have a thing for Michaels ;)

I haven't seen "Funny Games" but it's going on my list. Of Pitt's films I've only seen "Hedwig & The Angry Inch" and "The Dreamers" (one of my faves)
