If anyone is familiar with a band from the 90's Atlanta music scene named "Big Sky" I would really love to find out what that singer is doing now. She had a great voice! She did this cover of "Whipping Post" that would blow you away!!!

They were one of the artist's on the "What's Up Eddie's Attic" CD.

I have been heavily into Loquat, Metric, Stars, Autour de Lucie and The Blood Group for awhile now.

There is something about that breathy, etherial, entrancing female voice that I take so much solace in.

i like Metric sometimes. how do you feel about Yeah Yeah Yeahs? not ethereal, but very female vocals. she gets downright soft on songs like Maps.

I love the Yeah, Yeah, Yeah's! They had a EP with a track called "Machine" that was incredible!
