  13. Stevie D says Hayden played Fredericton in about '98, i think. Juliana Hatfield opened for him (what the hell?!?!). Me & my wife went. She was pregnant at the time, so we laughed and said how cool that was. "Ahh, his first indie experience!" Something quirky happened though...The morning after the show, I was walking to catch the bus for work (i was late), and as I ran past the parking lot of the Wandlyn Hotel, I saw a giant tour bus, and in the front of the bus there was Hayden, strumming his guitar. It was so surreal for me. I didn't have time to stop and chat, but I just remember this eerie quietness, and the slow motion of the moment. That's my Hayden story. Where the hell did he go? I remember the buzz was that he was in SPIN magazine, and then just nothing...
