   kristiana says Hey big bear, she is the SHIT! I have been trying to convert people from day one on here, so far Dale is the only one I know of that now likes who didn't already... Metric are great. Emily Haines & the Soft Skeleton are great.... there is a pretty cool video for this song. but it has puppets. and puppets sometimes creep me out.

   kristiana says Emily solo, Minneapolis 1-13-07. If you have 6 minutes. I love this clip, and the fact that all you see of her is a little bobbing blue head. Adds to the haunting quality of it. And the crowd is SOOOOOO quiet..........wonderful. If you find her, hide her. She doesn't know where she's been.

   levek says I'm already a convert. That last video of "Crowd Surf Off a Cliff" even sounds better than the CD version (though sound quality is not best). I think it's because of the vibraphone effect (or theramin, maybe). It makes it eerier. Thanks for the music.

    Zeroskilz says I loved Metric's first album. Not making their concert when they played Indy is one of my big concert regrets. Their sophomore album left me a little cool though. I've only listened to her solo album once. She has an amazing voice, and I'd love to hear another Metric album. There is one anticipated for this year. Let's hope they actually produce one.

    Rohanne says A friend dragged me to a free Metric show at a campus bar.....and at that point I had never heard of them......and well it only took that one show...I bought Old World Underground right then and there!
