nyc show!

Posted almost 6 years ago
I saw haujobb play at Downtime on Saturday (07/15/2006) night. They played a great show despite laptop crashes and having flown in from L.A. overnight. Highlights for me were "maternal instinct", "penetration", and "net culture". It was only my second time seeing them live since they don't come to the U.S. very often, and it was definitely worth the wait as they put on an exciting show. The live lineup was different than I was used to: Dejan was not there, Clint Sand from cut.rate.box was on keys, plus someone else I didn't recognize on keys, and of course Daniel Myer on vocals. haujobb does not have anything out newer than 2005's "Vertical Mixes", so I'm hoping that the two shows (NYC & LA) were teasers for an upcoming release!

  4. koifishkid says My favorite is "solutions for a small planet". "slide" is from "vertical theory", which is their newest album and is also great.
