I broke iTunes

Posted about 5 years ago
I was one of the apparently 23 million people who received iTunes gift cards this Christmas. I actually got extra because my husband received one too, but he has a Creative Labs MP3 player, so songs downloaded from iTunes are pretty useless for him. I wasn't able to reliably get on to download until last night, here's what I scored:[::] Season Pass for Season 3 of The Office, $34.99: very excited about this. I never remember to watch TV at the time that it's on, so this ensures that I will never again miss a line like "It's incalcalable".[::] Seabound: Double-crosser, $9.90: what's up with only 10 songs, guys? I want my money's worth, damnit![::] Qntal III: Tristan und Isolde, $9.99: I need more medieval electronic music with operatic French vocals, doesn't everyone?[::] This Morn' Omina: Les Passages Jumeaux, like a million dollars, what's up Belgian imports: when this is on, I turn in to Laurenzilla and stomp around yelling, "Want to smash! Lauren crush now!" and then I kick things.[::] And One: Bodypop, $9.99[::] And One: Frontfeuer, $4.95: purchase of this EP means I have exactly $0.17 left in my iTunes account! Waste not, want not.Sweet! Except I forgot to bring my iPod into the house last night to update it, so today at work I'm stuck with old, stale music. Boo.

  1. supertopsecret says Wow, great score with The Office. I haven't heard of any of those bands you posted though. Qntal intrigues me like no other band i have heard of lately. You know, you should check out myspace.com/bubblegumoctopus, i think you will really like it ( :
