Hear the New LCD Soundsystem Single

After last week's announcement of a new LCD Soundsystem single in December, fans of the band have been salivating over the prospect of hearing new material from James Murphy and company for the first time in nearly three years. Well, the wait is over a little sooner than we thought, because the song is now streaming over at 22 Tracks, along with 21 other stellar disco tracks. The song, "Bye, Bye Bayou," is a crazed space-disco cover of Suicide member Alan Vega's 1980 solo cut, and it's likely a taste of what we'll hear on the next LCD album, currently slated for March. Until then, just listen to this eight minute epic with a nice pair of headphones, or head out to your nearest club, where it's sure to be ubiquitous once the vinyl drops on November 12th.
