A friend turned me on to this band randomly, and let me barrow the CD. The singer is really good, Jonny Craig, he sort of has this R&B style that's pretty high and versatile in range. The fact that it is accompanied by heavy hardcore-ish stylings is also a great thing. I did read that he was intoxicated while recording his parts though, but it may just be a rumor, or taken out of proportion. But, I just know that he has an awesome voice. Apparently he quit or was replaced after Downtown Battle Mountain was finished, and he sings for Emarosa now, who I am also getting into. Pimpin vocals...check it out.
