Check-it:So, my college drummer friend Mark Robohm (tamar-kali, dr. israel and seven, belizbeha, alice stopkoski, neil anderson, jazzhole, etc.) keeps me on his mailing list for gigs in NYC, and now he's on tour with the Mosquitos (http://www.mosquitosnyc.com/)...and for the BAF (that's "bay area folks") they are headed to Hotel Utah on Thursday, Oct. 5. Another excuse to drink Emergen-C, get a babysitter, and head out.
