    kaleef says ha!! satanic?! no, it's my astrology chart... i just found out that i was born at 2:22 on a sunday afternoon. i was bored so i put in my digits on one of those astrology pages and i got this thing! i don't really know what it means, but all i know is that i got two solid men in my life and i blame/thank my stars. i felt ready for a relationship about a month ago and poof! here they both came at the same time. i am presently torn, but make no mistake, there will be no torn hearts of either party. just mine i suppose. make some sense now?

    kaleef says i know, it's tricky! i have to keep my distance but still try to figure out what i want. they both are desirable creatures. can i say that? sorry, you are a desirable creature but, you know, let's just be friends. would that make it easier? you know what will happen, they'll end up making it easy for me - then i'll have neither. grrrrrr.... and c'mon, the astrology chart, the fitting song aurora. i don't know, it looks a little chaotic in that upper left hand corner. i don't know what the hell that means but it looks pretty unbalanced. always striving for that balance but it never happens for me! and speaking of 2... are you pushing through two snuggly bears in your avatar?

    kaleef says yeppers, key west indeed, and for the record it was hurricane wilma that did us in. this picture was taken after katrina - just a yard flooder for us, not anything like what it did to new orleans. shit, if it hit us with that sort of intensity it prolly would have blown that little island off the map! yeah, water damage lets you see all that is lost. not sure if that's any better or worse, i guess we would have to compare the heart break... but man, it took us weeks to clean up everything, and then there was the mold that had infested the island, the boats on the road, the piles and piles of dishwashers/stoves/fridges on the street corners. we didn't have power for days after, gawd, it was so hot. broken down cars, closed businesses, general misery for all. whewwww, crazy times.

I will have a bucket of buttered popcorn for this ride with open (bright) eyes to cassadaga to commune the dead! Juicy stuff. peter

    kaleef says hey there soul, that is the old one! i posted it for blair, we were chatting about our personal run-ins with natural disaster's. that was our flooded back yard. we were trying to fish out oli's dog toy before it went down stream to the neighbors. it was taken during hurricane katrina, but wilma was the one that took the whole damn apartment under... i keep confusing everyone! i blame myself, i think i need to cool it~
