  2. patradio says Electrelane ruleth. Check out their earlier album _Power Out_ if you don't have it already. Sure wish they'd come through my town.

  3. moovyphreak says That photo looks like it dates from the 70s. Of course, with the return to that era's fashion and style sensibility, coupled with the rise of indie prog-rock, I'm not surprised. Cool tune! Do you subscribe to Paste or Q?

  4. kaleef says they are cute rawk, aren't they. bonus for anyone who likes the way things look yeah, i like power out, i really like enter laughing, in fact i am gonna listen to it right now, dododododododododo... moovy, i like that look, everything is browned up and sun kissed, aged, it looks like it might smell slightly sour go go go indie prog and i don't subscribe to either. i listen to college radio, npr and have a sturdy foundation of good bands/artists that have their feelers in other projects. and labels and labelmates. but basically, most of those resources are on the same wavelength with each other~

  5. soulrocket says pretty cool. I got me years ago what may be their first single, including "film music" and the very cool "come on". I seriously must buy the rest of their discography. thanks for posting this, kaleef.

  6. moovyphreak says Album 88 is a freakin' great station! My sister used to host the Celtic Show on WRFG, which is another solid radio station.

  7. moovyphreak says Sorry for the double post. I was gonna point out that my music grabber identified the track you embedded as "To the East" from the same album. So, I played the MOG sample and the "Saturday" tune was a different melody than the one you posted. Strange...

  11. Anonymous says I like her slightly androgenous voice, too. A little bit of the Nico thing going on. Coupled with their look, I almost find them cute! And there I was thinking I was a staunch hetero.
