nothing is the same as el rio, i know!!! they call it mondo home. the big gay... i happened upon it this year at wonderroot, a weekend after i rode the "broken hearts, bicycle parts" fund-raiser. not about to go into the three flat tires and one busted chain with a hot man, our team was called "50 grit kisses" ... for you know what reason, right ladies? wonderroot is this great and awesome place in atlanta. an art coop. $10 bucks a month, $60 a year, full access of a dark room!, recording studio and separate space, bookshelves and space, potters wheel, community, pro-tools videos software on a G-5 plus 3 G-5's hooked up for digital editing + a large format printer.... where i have been for the last five months. broken hearts...= sopobikes.org... another art-coop except this a a bike scene. parts and frames galore, people helping you build your own bike and giving great advice. one day a car free atlanta.
ok. so wonderroot is a great spot, and an underground music stage too! bartending by the great bradley bailey, some guy to see. i helped build a picinic table last weekend, gulped a baby jamy(son) and loved the lady's voice. who's voice?? well this lady, coming from philadelphia!@ PA mothafuckas! my homestate - "the dangerous pony's"...
[45 minutes later] ok, what buzzkill, everything is proptected by the mp4000.
fuck this, i just want to share with you all... what's the best way? a year ago i burned my music on some cd-r and brought it back to the computer (what a waste) but it's not working. moggers? what's the most efficient way to share now?
still listening to grizzly bear, and loving! department of eagles, how about "noone does it...?"
