WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Same sound, same sweetness.

I don't know how long this album has been out, but I just got my hands on it. Great album, same Audioslave sound and same Chris Cornell voice. If you like this band and haven't heard this album; I would suggest it, but who am I to suggest anything?

  1. lemontwist says I must admit, it's pretty good. As a big Rage fan and a huge Soundgarden fan, I was very skeptical about Audioslave, and didn't listen to their first two albums (I still haven't). I finally broke down a few weeks ago and checked out Revelations. It's good enough to make my daily rotation playlist, but, you know, it still makes me a bit sad that Soundgarden isn't still around. (Soundgarden + Rage >> Audioslave) Oh well. C'est la vie. I'm just glad Chris Cornell is still making music. :) (And for my viewing pleasure:)

  2. slantera says You should suggest, this is MOG. Perhaps, someone will take you up on a suggestion and enjoy it. Unfortunately, for me, I am already familiar with this band and I'm not ready to purchase any of their albums. It just doesn't feel right knowing Cornell was from Soundgarden and the other 3 members were from Rage.

  4. jordansinferno says For all of those skeptical of Audioslave and for you slantera, just sit back and enjoy the music. Yes, RATM and Soundgarden were great bands, but just like Temple of the Dog (how fucking cool was that?). A mix of two great bands equal an even better band, Velvet Revolver comes to mind, not saying they are better than STP or GNR, but they are all good in their own ways.
