Man, it's the time of the season where the heat comes out and I completely melt into oblivion and can't get anything done. Nevertheless, me and some friends have battled on and finally the illustrious, possibly over-heralded Snake Run had our first show the other night.It was at a skate park, and quite frankly it was the most fun show I've been to / played at in a long time. The bands were amazing, the weather was beautiful, and the people were really nice. It couldn't have been a better environment for our first show, to be honest, and it makes me wonder what we'll think when we play at other shows. I'm a little concerned that if the first show goes amazingly, it'll be stressful later on.But whatever. We've got our second show at The Underground this Saturday, and it should be a total blast. All of the other bands that are playing are totally amazing, and it's indoors, which means we should get a slightly better sound and have more fun onstage. If you're in Adelaide and you like your punk raw and old-school, come check us out.
