in hopes of not wrecking the entire mog-o-sphere page for a third time

Posted over 5 years ago
i've tried posting this twice now, and twice now it's rearranged the entire mog-o-sphere page. i feel very powerful (and also stupid) to be able to accidentally break an entire important page like that, but in the name of civility i'll delete this if it does it again."miss marylou carreau" by us (mason proper).for me, the nice thing about music videos on the internet is this: i come from the camp that assumes everything you make yourself is an absolute atrocity, a crime against humankind, the end result of a series of incorrect decisions you made (the first one being the decision of allowing yourself to be born, the last being the decision to say "i am going to show this abomination i have created, instead of lighting it on fire, and then myself.")however!since the VIDEO is made by someone else (my bandmate matt), i am partially exempt from my rule of anti-pride and am therefore free to share this. I do not even have to attempt to light this digital file on fire, which would be difficult (though i may still light myself on fire, just a little bit around the edges. just blacken the tips. it's delicious that way, but some scientists say it increases the amount of carcinogens.)i hope you enjoy it. please pretend that you do, even if you do not, or my bandmate (who goes to the same summer camp as me) may iron his ears again.

  2. kristiana says hmmm, someone posted those same clips just last week. I think it was Neill maybe? Are these not clips from some other band's video? Maybe your friend SHOULD iron his ears? If he made that video as well, all apologies, and please refrain from ear-ironing.

  3. Jess Horrible says hi friend, thanks for caring about the poor fragile mogosphere! the culprit is usually a missing html tag. usually it's the object tag. when in doubt, or when your video is embedding funny, check to make sure the embed code starts with (object) and ends with (/object) -- replace parenthesis with greaterthan-lessthan signs, of course. i hope that helps. next time if you're having trouble, mog mail me and i'll help!

  4. jonathan visgr says hmmmmmmmmm (kristiana), the monkey clips are public domain. i wonder who it was that used them before? just to be safe, i'll iron matt's ears when he's not looking. i'll steal them off the bedside stand when he sleeps.
