MOG MOG

MUSIC SIGNPOSTS ON THE WEB'S LONELY ROAD

It's just recently that I've come across Band of Horses, but I can't thank my friend enough for encouraging me to take a listen.

I'll just keep it simple. This song pulls me in with soothing tones and puts me completely at peace. Like a mother holding you close and singing you to sleep. Then it kicks it into full gear and rocks.

Then lulls you back to sleep the same way it brought you in.

Enjoy.

If you guys are new to band of horses I would recommend starting with there latest album Cease to Begin. Overall a better album than their first and a top 10 album of 2007!

A few friends turned me onto this band last year. I've also been communicating with one of the new guitarists with Band of Horses and he offered to get me and some friends into an upcoming show in Charleston, SC.

Dingleberry conversations Waitin' at the Red Line Station Bullshit is our vocation Spreadin' it across the nation

I watched it hit the brakes I watched it slide away I never got to say goodbye The day I lost my dingle on the Red Line

I took a rizzle and I showed you my own nizzle I was minglin' on a jingle Ten braves on the televizzle And I think I left my heart in Detroit

Saw some ten gallon hats And I started to cry Too much bullshit all the time The day I lost my dingle on the Red Line

I watched it hit the brakes I watched it slide away I never got to say goodbye The day I lost my dingle on the Red Line The day I lost my dingle on the Red Line

this song makes me want to kiss them, beards and all.
