WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Reasons to think about different music sometimes

Posted over 3 years ago
OK, I admit that I'm a music junkie. If someone in my family isn't performing it, playing it, recording it, listening to it, or thinking about it... well, we're well-rounded folks, but one of the 4 of us is always music-ing.I love most kinds of music, and generally reach out for rock, blues, acoustic, electronic/dance/etc., a dose of country now and again, and lots of others. But sometimes I need something different. Modest Mussorgsky, Grace Jones, Aaron Copland, or a long list of others. To me, music is a lot like food - one develops favorites, but one also needs/wants to try new stuff or change of pace stuff sometimes. So, my piano playing is pretty bad, but my ear for piano music is not... Here are 5 folks that make interesting music become very, well, interesting. The 5 Browns. 5 people, 5 pianos, one gargantuan sound!

  1. deadmandeadman says I haven't been to your mog-page yet, but i sure do like the way you expressed your fondness of (nay. DEPENDENCE ON) music. I was raised in a home with a wide variety of music. I'm a better man for it. MOG RULES
