Nick Lowe's What's So Funny Demo

Posted over 4 years ago
Did you guys ever hear the demo version of Elvis Costello's mini-hit "What's So Funny ('bout Peace, Love and Understanding)?"As you may know, it was actually written by pub-rock/pre-punk legend Nick Lowe while he was part of the UK's much ballyhooed group Brinsley Schwarz. Decades later, after all the hype has faded, the song stands of one of the greats of our generation. I think about the kids getting torn up in Iraq when I listen to this now.
