Clinic has a new album called Do It! coming out in April...and not surprisingly, it sounds very Clinic-ky...with fast, chaotic songs and touching slow ones, everything drenched in reverb. But you know, when Clinic emerged in the late 1990s, they pretty much sounded like no other band. How many times do we expect them to reinvent pop? More of the same = more of the excellent.
Enjoy.

I like this. Sorta psychobilly, with touches of......?

I think they and Liars restarted the whole post-punk aesthetic back in the late 1990s ...but they're pretty much in their own space.

Now that's the Clinic I like! Goes back to the good old days of the first EPs and Internal Wrangler. :D

I think "Voodoo Wop" is my favorite Clinic song ever, and this one kind of reminds me of it.

Nice; garage rock chaos! And it sounds like they borrowed the sax player from the Stooges Funhouse LP.
I'm sorry now that I've not heard this band before, I'm glad you shared this. Thanks!

Has it been a really long time? I kinda lost track of them after one time when I got a $100 overnight babysitter and went to Boston to see them and then they cancelled.
Not that I hold it against them or anything.
