When I first listen to this album I was not a fan of it. I thought it was boring. But lately I have been listening to it and I like it. How can you not like the sickly sweet song "I Will Follow You into the Dark". That's what it's like for me and death cab their albums start to grow on me and they become some of my favorite things to listen too.

My Trusted MOGs
I actually tried hard not to like Plans, because I loved Transatlanticism so much. At first I succeeded, but then... well, then it grew on me. And now, I'm rather obsessed with it. I think it does take awhile for it to settle in. I really love the "marching bands of manhattan" song.

Thanks for checking it out, and yeah Kearney's a great guy. I've gotten to know him mostly through his shows and some mutual friends, and he's just awesome!
Ooh, and I see Death Cab tomorrow - I actually had similar sentiments about Plans - I prefer pre-Transatlanticism Death Cab - they've gone more mainstream since. Hopefully they play a bunch of older stuff - I absolutely love The Photo Album!
