Ludacris Obama is here
-
Artist:
"As Barack Obama has said many, many times in the past, rap lyrics today too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism, and degrading images that he doesn't want his daughters or any children exposed to," said spokesman Bill Burton. "This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain, and President Bush, it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with the values we hold dear. While Ludacris is a talented individual he should be ashamed of these lyrics."

Politicians need to keep their noses *OUT* of rap & hip-hop. Sure some of the lyrics are offensive but you don't see rappers trying to censor politicians often now do you?(Maybe they should!)
Back in the early '90s when Tipper Gore tried to legislate morality in the music industry, it just became a joke after awhile. I agree, cds & artists should have warnings to let parents know of the content but how many parents actually take the time let alone have the time to check everything their kids are listening to?
Agreed Augusts1 and by the same token musicians need to keep out of politics. You hear what I'm saying Bono?
Haha yup Conrad!
well you see nas bashing fox news. I take the opposing view, i thought this was very low class from ludacris. He says "paint the white house black and im sure that will terrify them" If a white person was to say something of the same degree they would be all over him for racism. But its ok for luda. And to be trashing everyone he did in the rap was just ignorant, during the election, at least for Obama.
