G. Love releases 'A Year and a Night' doc

Posted over 2 years ago
I've always considered myself an ardent G. Love and Special Sauce fan. Kind of lost track in the middle there sort of, but ever since he's been signed on with Jack Johnson and his Brushfire Records, Garrett's creativity seems to be at a new peak.Well G. Love and Special Sauce are releasing a new tour documentary on 7/31 entitled _A Year and a Night_, that takes the viewer on a behind the scenes adventure with the band, following them for, uh, 366 days, over 6 continents, and over 100 shows. Does hijinx ensue? Does G call Shenanigans? We won't know for sure until we view it, so until then, check out the beautifully designed trailer.*vid removed*"you can find it here, though":http://youtube.com/watch?v=zqcS7QrzLTUhttp://www.brushfirerecords.com/year_and_a_night/http://www.philadelphonic.com/

But one can never go wrong with a little Love in their G ;) Great post - will surely be on the watch for it. You checked out Electric Mile & Yeah, It's That Easy though right ??? Both totally great albums... in my humble opinion :)

  11. jameson says Lizzie - Electric Mile was right where I lost him. Didn't get a good feel out of that album, and as it turns out, he was having a bitch of a time with his contractual obligations and his label. But _Yeah it's That Easy_, _Philadelphonic_ , _The Hustle_ , and the rest man, that's where it's AT!
