I'm not supposed to still like Billie Joe Armstrong, right? The last Green Day album I bought was Dookie back in '95. This isn't supposed to be happening. I'm not supposed to be listening to this. Do I regret getting sucked in? Hell no.
The new Green Day "side project" 's album, Stop Drop and Roll!!!, has got to be one of this summer's must-play albums. And coming from someone who's quite bitchy about the pedigree of his music (not bitchier than some, but certainly waaaay bitchier than most), I'm NOT gonna be embarrased by this one. Nope.
So, In honor of the new MOG, and in honor of my "Pedestrian" nature around here lately, sample "Pedestrian" by the Foxboro Hottubs album Stop Drop & Roll!!!"

Yeah, it's gonna be a fine little sonic cugget for the summer. And I still have American Idiot. Despite how overhyped it got, that's a good album, and so is this.

I listened and it didnt do anything for me, I am not sure why. I have always liked Green Day, but I just could not get into this one
rawkkiddoh, upon further listening i've decided sometimes it sounds better than other times. if you let it, it could most definitely be the summer album to listen to. good for bbq's :)
after this post I went and gave it a second listen, still nothing. Maybe I am losing my ear for music
