No longer the club maven, I look forward to the few live shows that blow through town with extra zeal. Last night was And One with opening guest The Echoing Green. Actually, there was an additional opening act but I got there too late. Just arrived in my mailbox is the latest album from Information Society, titled Synthesizer. A Different Drum (adifferentdrum.com) has 500 copies for sale as does the Information Society site (informationsociety.us). The album goes into wide release in October on Dancing Ferret records but I just couldn't wait. w00t.After first listen, this is classic InSoc!
