An Inconvenient Truth

I finally got "An Inconvenient Truth" for Christmas, and watched it over my winter break. This video is from the movie, and, although I'm not a very big fan of Melissa Etheridge, I think the song is great for the movie and the music video is very compelling. Give it a watch, especially if you don't know much about global warming and the climate crisis. You just might learn something new. You might just change the way you think.

    mutterimieli says This movie and "Who Killed the Electric Car?" is on my list for renting. The Government agency I worked with was getting pretty heavy into the "electric car" venue, the Chief at the time insisted on driving and all electric Honda Insight while he commuted from our office to the the main office downtown and other locations for meetings, our mail truck was an all electric Ford Ranger. When he retired and his replacement went the same route as all the other big wigs that work for the State by insisting he drive a HUGE boat of a Lincoln Town Car, and all the "electric car" hype was gone from the office.
