Facebook and Apple have teamed up to offer 1 million students 10 compilations of 25 songs to facebook users between now and September 30. Each week, the "Apple Students" facebook group will have a link (embedded in the banner graphic) that when clicked, will send you a Facebook message with a code to redeem in the iTunes music store. Miami Vice Soundtrack - Can someone please tell me why Mogwai is on the new Miami Vice Soundtrack? Their music is amazing I agree, but fit for a rehashed big screen production of a TV crime show? I don't think so. I'd really like to see them incorporate this into the film for longer than 10 seconds. My guess, Michael Mann just likes them, so he thought it fitting to add them to the soundtrack.
