Sorry I kind of disappeared there. Relatives, yard work and a self-advertising campaign has been preoccupying me of late. For most of that time, I actually became unhealthfully obsessed with the Miami Vice soundtrack, especially the King Britt track, "New World in My View." I'm surprised to report that after seeing "Miami Vice," Michael Mann's choice of Mogwai was impressively justified. The digital grit of dark Miami nights was complemented well by the soundscape rock of Mr. Beast.
