Reminder: This Saturday. Princeton. It's On. (Excellent Song Added For Those Who Can't Make It)
Four days and counting until our MOGMeet equidistant between (and easily accessible from either) New York and Philadelphia. Festivities start noonish at the Triumph Brewery, 138 Nassau St. (Princeton's main street). Or, if you want to sift through Cody B's encyclopedic collection of CDs before he brings them to the famed Princeton Record Exchange to sell, come in the morning. (We are still figuring out when and where to meet. If you think you might be interested, MOGMail me or Cody.) All MOGgers are by definition friends and, also by definition, very welcome. Probably on tap for the day: an unhealthy but heavenly sandwich at the jaw-droppingly epic Hoagie Haven, some extreme browsing at the Record Exchange, a couple of beers to wrap up. We're simple people who appreciate simple pleasures. Join us if you can. But if you can't, I hope you can dig this classic Nara Leao cut from her 1967 slice of greatness, Vento de Maio ....

I celebrate by turning Mog-O-Matic on..I now have 1 mogified song! 87273 to go.
Is the parking lot still out back of PREX? I thought they were building something there last time.
Yeah, it's gone. There are a handful of spaces on the street and a for-pay parking garage directly behind where the old parking lot used to be. Wanna convene at a diner or something beforehand?
OK..just tell me where..we can wheel and deal in the lot, Jersey style.
I doubt I'll have anything you want anyway
I'm watching the tea bag party on FOX..It's funny.
Let me get back to you on possible locations - want to do a little recon first.
You won't have anything I want? Um, yeah, sure of that. Your taste has always been so unreliable....
This tea party thing is so clearly hyped up. FOX has been flogging it for days and had the stones to run a segment on whether it would be possible for mainstream outlets to cover it "objectively." I liked the guy who was interviewed on CNN this morning holding up a sign of Obama with a Hitler uniform and moustache photoshopped on. When the interviewer asked - more respectfully than I would have - why the protester felt that way, the guy replied, "Because he's a fascist." Pressed as to what made Obama a fascist, the guy said, "He just is." You just can't fault that sort of impeccably presented argument.....
OK, funny and sad. I can't tell what they are actually protesting.
sadly my mog o matic still does not work........I had such high hopes
Give it time rawk..soon come.
Yeah man, CD horse-trading in the parkling lot, can't wait!
Maybe we can crash a flea market.
I am not going anywhere, made that mistake once before
Oh cool, the mog gods have restored all my erased red dots in post comments..now if they can get those old school mog players going I'll be in business.
call me crazy but I miss the orange dots!
Man, wish I could be there. I'd love some early spring weather! Good to hear your red dots are back cody, might want a little ointment or something for that.
I guess I was a tad premature..I should've said..some of my red dots are back.
You know, another annoying thing is links people put in comments..many of them are broken as well..grrr
rawk,I'm having some glitxhes, too. Cam anyone play the song I uploaded? I can't. Did it just the way we've been taught to do it, but....nuthin'....
mully, let's do it!
cody, I think there aresome Amish farmers around here who'd give you a stall...
CBW, having you here would be a blast. It's finally supposed to be nice up here in the Northeast - for three whole days!
Sounds divine, you guys, but... next time.... (sigh). Rock on.
Bummer....
wish i could join but no can do saturday.
is it purely coincidence that this hang is happening on Record Store Day?
No it is not a coincidence at all..It was chosen for that very reason.
I'm thinking of train-ing it up there, but probably won't be in Princeton until after 1:30PM...
Good to see you nicki, dermahrk, ivy, and I am..
Right back your way, my friend. A good, good day.
