I was am depressed so I filled up my ipod shuffle got dressed in foul weather gear and went for a walk - me and my music - how it always seeems to end up when times are bad - me and my music. I had no Idea what itunes loaded into the old shuffle and I guess thats the beauty of it. See how you can relate how you are feeling with what comes up - sorta like a cosmic therapy - you half sorta tell yourself some divine power has a hand in what shows up.

I too strapped on the ipod and went out walking in the snow. Excellent.
Yeah i couldn't sleep at all last night and went for a walk in the snow but no ipod...don't have one. but the sound of the snow and ice crunching underfoot always sounds good to me.
What's up with all? Is it an epidemic? I'll be damned if i didn't catch the virus too. It'll pass i hope....
