Jakob's first solo

This is Jakob's first solo album which was produced by Rick Rubin at his home studio throughout 2007.
When I first heard this tune, I was reminded (of course) of Infidel's "Man of Peace". Give it a listen, how can you not think of some "Bob" Dylan tune. Of course, this is not fair to Jakob, but I'm sure he's used to dealing with this by now.

I hope hes more freindly than his Dad, I wonder if its sounds the same when he farts too?
freindly or not Bobs a dam legend and his boy is looking like it
Poor Jakob.....As you imply he lives in a formidable shadow. Anything he does will be compared to Dad's work.
I'm sure I wouldn't want my work to be held to such impossible standards.
No different to and child that works in same industry as their folks, its just the way it is, call it a shadow or call it a ray of sunshine, depends on your perspective
I liked The Wallflowers, and this sounds pretty good, too
glad u liked! Give the kid credit
Wow. This is so impressive. I own that Bringing Down.. CD by the Wallflowers, which is good half of the time. When they're rocking, I love it. When they're not, forget it. That would logically suggest that I would not like this track. But it seems like a real step forward for Jakob.
Thanks for sharing.
See if you like this one too, Mark http://mog.com/MusicRX/blog/234326
