a version of "for you blue" as George fine tunes one of the bones that Paul and John allow him to include on a Beatles album

    When I was a tyke we had a hit Beatles 45 around the house, with this as the B-side.  I was the house's little B-side explorer, forever playing that strange uncharted part of the disc that had not already been played a gajillion times on the radio. 

    Once I got a taste of this track I could not get enough.   I was a true believer in putting a song on repeat.  Boy, did this get repeated.

    (It was many, many  more years before I even had a clue that this was a country blues tribute.  My younger self just knew it rocked swang and brang home the bacon, and liked it.)
