Dark and, like all of Martyn's stuff, masterful. What a talent, and, as ever, carrying on in the spirit of his late colleague Nick Drake.
As well as having magnificent abilities as a drinker, about which I have posted before, John Martyn was a truly innovative songwriter and musician. Good track.
