This is Steve Earle & The Train Band live in concert at the Variety Playhouse, Atlanta, GA, USA, on the 30th November 1995
This concert took place around a year after Steve had been released from prison (for fire arms and drug offenses). He kicked his long standing drug habit in prison, and when released set about recording and touring.
Train Band Line Up:

The second song is the same as the first. Nice listen though. I miss the drum part that really sparks the songs in Copperhead Road. I had to add my own.

....or a Sunday evening....I had heard Copperhead Road before, but not Ellis Unit One.... at least, I didn't know I had. I saw Dead Man Walking, but now I'm listening to this song essentially for the first time, and I really am liking it a lot.
