Phew. Saved the best for last: After a long day of painting, Joseph Arthur took us into the back of his artist gallery, where he has his dujavascript://ngeon-music studio- where all those gritty rock ballads of his are made. He shows us a song he made the night before (with doodles at 3 am) and plays us the lil ditty. He talks about the process and making music magic.
Mog's making history and bringing it to you fresh boys and girls :) It was an adventure and I hope you enjoy!

' ' ' ""dujavascript://ngeon-music studio-"" Strange glitch in your text above :)
About Cinquo de Mayo ? :
- May 5th 1941 - Chanel No. 5 is released.
- May 5th 1891 - The Music Hall in New York City (now known as Carnegie Hall) has its grand opening and first public performance, with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky as the guest conductor.
- May 5th 1886 - The Bay View Tragedy occurs, as militia fire upon a crowd of protesters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin killing seven.
- May 5th 1260 - Kublai Khan becomes ruler of the Mongol Empire.
This is a special day all in all... more here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/May_5

The man is very charismatic indeed and he's got a bunch of ideas which I agree on, well for the most part.
Thanks for letting peep inside his inner sanctum, as it were.

IP: Thanks for floating this one to the top of the stack for me... good to see like minded people in the arts, who (quite naturally) do not allow themselves to be pigeon holed in to one thing...
Cheers!

I love what he said... "Don't be afraid, have fun"... so true.

KoriLinc: agreed I dug his whole three part mantra: (paraphrasing)
having fun not being afraid not getting in your own way

dear pixie, number five is spelled 'cinco' also, if you dont mind, id care to clear up the sangria issue: spaniards drink fruity wine, not mexicans. since the aforementioned celebration is in reference to a mexican holliday, i would recommend a delicious glass of reposado next time around. keep up the good work indieP!

Great interview and great interview format, indie. An interview of this fashion really draws you in and makes the watcher feel like they are in the room as well, just listening in on the conversation. We can enjoy his art and creativity and enjoy seeing you enjoying the creative process too. Nice work!

This was very entertaining. I love reading/watching interviews with musicians and artists. Keep it up Indie!
