So we've been holding out on you....saving the best stuff for last.
Here is BY FAR my favorite clip from the Stipe Interview. Here we had been talking for about 45 minutes and he was clearly comfortable....

I ask him a question from Extraordinary Poems...(excellent q Chica!) and he ends up going on a hilarious tangent..... involving Cher, Vomit, NY Times, and jewish orthodox split pea soup....
Unreal....
although he described it throughly I couldnt even imagine feeling something like that on stage (the part about the crowd screaming and the air)... that was cool
I love the way he describes things ... I always feel like I'm right there ... cool guy!! :)
Never would have guessed him to be so strange. Thanks for these glimpses. They are very cool even to a casual listener of R.E.M. not a real fan.
Vomit has its ways -- there is no denying it. From experience, it is one of those things that happen: regurgitation.
