when games and music collide - audiosurf

I'm a casual to serious gamer - and I ran across this game I'm suddenly very excited about that combines a simple racing avoid/catch things game with something like tetris or bejeweled - but here's the coolest part - you race on a track dictated by a song that you select off your computer. The song slows down, the racetrack climbs up. The beat gets jumpy, the road gets bumpy. I tried it with a few songs but have had the best experience as far as the track goes with some straightforward electronic stuff.

Attached is a song I found works well - a great track from a 'free' album found on archive.org. You can find the whole album here.

There's a free demo through Steam, if you have it, which is also free.

By the way, I read about it via this link on gamasutra.com.Here's an example. Check out what happens to the track at about minute 1 when the classic shift in tempo happens on "Take Me Out".
