No More MOG-O-Matic

I'm done trying to use MoM. Way back in October, rock or death asked for people who were willing to try out the latest Mac client. I happily signed up, hoping to see if the new version addressed some of issues I had with MoM. I worked with below for the next couple of weeks. I was having some issues with my MoM that were hard to reproduce. I tried my hardest to give below all of the information he could need. I'm a software developer myself, and I know how frustrating it is to have a user just say "It's broken". Somehow, MoM got to a state where the newest version wouldn't even run on my machine, so I bundled up all of the logs and mailed them off to below. I haven't had a reply in three weeks now.About this time I noticed that there was a new MoM version available "officially", so I tried it out and ran into an error I'd reported several versions ago. Shortly after that, another "official" version was available, so I tried it, too. It solved the first problem, but I had the same problem people are reporting in the forums rights now - seemingly infinite loop while indexing, filling log files to the point of running out of disk space. I reported this problem to below, as well, with no response. After this last problem, I completely removed MoM. I see that there's yet another "official" version available for the Mac, but I'm not going to try it. My user experience with MoM has been ruined. I tried to help test the new versions, but it looks like my input was ignored since two major problems I reported showed up in released versions of MoM.I understand that there are not a lot of developers working on the MOG clients, so I shouldn't expect immediate response to my problems. Completely ignoring me is another deal entirely. If you want to see what music I listen to, I've created a profile over at Last.fm. I'm using iScrobbler, which does the two things that I always wanted from MoM: 1) Works with my iPod, 2) Works as a menubar extension.
