If they met me halfway I might have liked it

But sadly even Ben Gibbards beautiful voice couldn't get me through this one. I just finally came back to the wonderful mogosphere (forgive my hiatus ive been... lazy). And the first things I spot is information about a new song by Death Cab. And then I read the bit about it only to sigh sadly that it is for New Moon, the newest edition in the Twilight films. LAME. But you are deathcab and i forgive you. So I listen., and sigh again. Din't cut it. I can't pinpoint what it is I don't like I just don't. Maybe its the hollow echo behind the vocals, maybe it moves to quickly, maybe it's a feeling of lack of emotion from Ben, and more than likely it's all of this. His voice doesn't even sound as pure as normal, almost sounds like some one else entirely. Still, I'll let it go, there's bound to be better songs by them in the future, I have faith.
