no, without jim I consider them a cover band, they played at the Palms some years ago with the lead singer from the cure I believe they didn't go over very well, once that component is gone it loses something, just like with led zeppelin after john bonham died, and since the other members waited sooo long, and supposedly there is litigation between the members over the name, they should have just left it alone
